Terms and conditions of the tomaszprzezdziecki.com online shop

§1 General provisions

  1. The online shop available at the Internet address tomaszprzezdziecki.com is run by Tomasz Przeździecki with its registered office at Laski Szlacheckie 41 / 07-407 Czerwin.
  2. The shop specialises in selling products with individual prints.

§2 Placing orders

    1. Orders can be placed in the shop 24 hours a day via the website.
    2. When placing an order via the web shop, the customer fills in an order form.

§3 Payment methods

    1. The Customer may choose the following forms of payment for the ordered products:

  • Przelewy 24,
  • Blik,

§4 Delivery

    1. The ordered products are delivered via courier.
    2. Details of the cost and delivery time are given in the ordering process.


§5 Returns and exchanges

  1.  Pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 2 March 2000 ‘On the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product’, section 10, item 3, subsection 4, the Customer may not withdraw from the contract after placing and paying for the order if the order concerns a product with an individual imprint.
  2. In the case of products belonging to the permanent offer of the shop tomaszprzezdziecki.com, the Customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  3. The goods may be returned or exchanged if they do not bear traces of use, have not been damaged in any way, have originally attached all permanent markings, in particular undamaged labels and tags, which the Seller has provided with the goods and which do not bear traces of removal or reattachment, and are in original intact packaging, if such packaging was provided.
  4. The Customer who intends to return or exchange the goods should contact the shop at the e-mail address kontakt@tomaszprzezdziecki.com, stating his intention to return the goods. After accepting the return, the customer should send the returned goods or deliver them in person to the shop's address given in paragraph 1 point 1 of the Regulations.
  5. The goods are returned for a refund of the price paid by the Consumer, by transfer to the bank account indicated by the Customer.


§6 Complaints

  1. The online shop tomaszprzezdziecki.com handles complaints in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Civil Code (Articles 556-576, Journal of Laws of 18.05.1964r No. 16 item 93 as amended), and the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 05.09.2002r. No. 141 item 1176 as amended).
  2. In order to lodge a complaint regarding a purchased product, please contact the shop tomaszprzezdziecki.com by sending an e-mail to kontakt@tomaszprzezdziecki.com with a description of the problem and the order number from which the products originate.
  3. The submitted complaint will be considered within 5 working days, and the Customer will be informed of the result of the decision by e-mail to the return address provided in the message sent to kontakt@tomaszprzezdziecki.com.

§7 Personal data protection

  1. Personal data is processed only for the purpose of carrying out the order.
  2. The administrator of the personal data is Tomasz Przeździecki.

§8 Copyright

  1. All material copyrights to the photos and all texts on the website of the online shop tomaszprzezdziecki.com belong to the shop. Once the product is purchased, the economic copyright to the photos and texts does not pass to the customer.
  2. The use of materials, including photos and texts contained in the tomaszprzezdziecki.com website without the consent of their author or holder of copyrights, for any purposes other than those related to tomaszprzezdziecki.com products, constitutes a breach of copyright, even if it does not involve obtaining material benefits.


§9 Final provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Rules and Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  2. Any disputes arising from the performance of sales agreements between the shop and the Customer shall be settled by the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the data administrator.
